- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your purchase, except for earrings (hygiene reasons). Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.Â
- Damaged items are eligible for a refund. Please contact us with photos for assistance.
- Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned due to their personalized nature.
